I (she/her) am a Malaysian Chinese-Australian actor, writer, director and photographer. Telling stories has been in my blood for as long as I can remember: my first form being through dance, which then led to a passion for musical theatre and acting. Today, my greatest joy is telling stories that explore different nuances of the human condition, with a penchant for dramedy - à la "all comedy comes from pain." Alongside Caroline, it is a great honour to be Creative Producer for HearHERoar with the drive to create work that inspires more work; bridging a gap that is still present within our global content zeitgeist.
I have appeared in film and television including Playing Gracie Darling and Life After Fighting. My theatre credits include Three Fat Virgins Unassembled (Slanted Theatre/KXT) and Rock of Ages (SYMT). I am the writer of Kopi-Diem (Serpent Secrets/Slanted Theatre & NTofP) and short films Under the Influence (META/AACTALMAO), Help (Los Angeles Underground Film Forum) and What Community Means to Me - An Analysis (Shopfront Arts Co-op).
Fun Fact: I was the stand in/picture double for Michelle Yeoh in Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings - in one of the trailers, it's actually me from the back walking towards a cliff and also if you pause the film at the right moment as we enter Ta Lo for the first time, you can see me as a tiny group of pixels. #truestory
